Lucky Star Sardines
Tomatoes - sliced
Basil
Olives - smashed
Capers
Extra virgin olive oil
Cider vinegar
 
Method:
Pile a few Sardines onto sliced tomato and top with basil, smashed olives and capers. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and cider vinegar.
