Sardine Topping

Ingredients
1 Tin Sardines, 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise, black pepper, 1 or 2 finely cut pepperdews, few splashes of paprika, peri-peri powder or a few drops of tabasco sauce

Method:
drain oil from sardines add all other ingredients mash together and top your favorite crackers

Best enjoyed with: various crackers
