Pilchards Cookies

Ingredients
1 large onion(grated) 2 eggs spices 410g pilchards 1 cup of cooking oil 2 slices of bread (fine)/oats

Method:
use a deep bowl to mix: pour all the ingredients in a bowl make flat round shaped cookies/i make mine the size of a slice of bread if for lunch bake them in a hot oil until golden brown serve with potato chips and fresh bread

Best enjoyed with: any salad
