Ingredients
1can hot pilchards big one
2 table spoons cake flour
2 table spoons oats
1 t spoon baking powder
1beaten egg
breadcrumbs
oil
Method:
mash fish to a paste with fork
add all the ingredients not the breadcrumbs
mixed together
make small round balls with t spoon
roll in breadcrumbs
heat oil and bake 3-5 minutes turn round occasionally
Serves 1-2
