Fish Fatcakes

Ingredients
425g pilchards(chilli or tomatoe) 2cups cake flour 2teaspoons baking powder 1 1/2 cup raw grated potatoe 5teaspoons of fish spice 1t peri peri spice(optional) 1/2teaspoon salt 1cup of water cooking oil to deepfry
Method:
Shake can of fish for 3 min,until fish is in small pieces(minced) Mix flour,baking powder,spices,salt together Add pilchards & potatoes and mix well Add water into mixture and mix well Take tablespoonful of dough and deepfry in hot cooking oil. Turn if golden brown(both sides)
Best enjoyed with: Mayonnaise
